  • Develop deep product knowledge to confidently assist in product pitches and client consultations.
  • Track customer interactions, manage CRM data, and provide insightful sales reports to optimize strategy.

Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:

  • Become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support in-service training sessions for medical staff, ensuring seamless product integration and usage.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all follow-ups are handled with speed and professionalism.

Business Development & Market Research:

  • Research the competitive landscape, stay ahead of industry trends, and identify key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to help refine sales strategies.
  • Build a strong professional network within the medical industry to accelerate career growth.

Operational & Administrative Excellence:

  • Maintain an organized pipeline by managing inventory, sample distribution, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and customer support) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales presentations, marketing initiatives, and high-impact outreach campaigns.

Event & Conference Representation:

  • Attend medical trade shows, networking events, and conferences to represent the company and generate new business.
  • Support product launches, booth management, and live demonstrations to engage potential clients.
