This includes areas such as premises liability, personal injury/wrongful death, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defects, and habitability matters.

Requirements

Admission to the State Bar of California
Over 5 years of experience in defending general liability matters
Proven experience in conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
