Our client, a distinguished national law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in general litigation within Texas and federal courts, ideally with a focus on employment-related cases. While the primary office is in San Antonio, applicants from Dallas, Austin, and Houston are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employment-related litigation and claims.
Represent employers before administrative agencies.
Offer comprehensive legal services on employment matters.

Experience in employment-related litigation is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Admission to practice law in Texas.

Compensation:

Salary: $185,000 to $200,000 plus bonus.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Parental Leave, Career Development including CLE courses, PTO.
Billable Hours: 1850 (including 40 pro-bono and 20 firm-related hours).
Partnership track opportunity.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials and relevant experience with an AM 100/200 firm or similar.
