Position: Mid-Senior Level Associate – Employment Litigation

Our client, a leading national law firm, is in search of a mid-to-senior level associate to join their Employment Litigation team. This role is perfect for an attorney with over 3 years of experience specializing in employment litigation, particularly in handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.

Role Overview:
As a member of the Employment Litigation team, you will take on significant responsibilities and contribute to high-profile cases. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery and Pleadings: Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
  • Motions: Prepare and argue motions before the court.
  • Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions related to employment litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employment litigation, with specific experience in California wage-hour class action and PAGA cases.
  • Skills: Outstanding writing and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice law in California.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $200,000 to $260,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
