A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Outreach and Enrollment to lead its community engagement and enrollment strategies in Elk Grove, California. This leadership role is essential to driving growth, expanding program visibility, and increasing participant enrollment through data-driven strategies and collaborative community outreach.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will oversee outreach, marketing, intake, and enrollment operations, build strategic partnerships, and guide high-performing teams in achieving aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage outreach, enrollment, and marketing initiatives to meet and exceed gross and net census growth goals

  • Direct all intake and enrollment processes, identifying and implementing improvements to increase conversion rates

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads, home visits, eligibility status, and enrollments

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior living communities, hospitals, physician groups, post-acute facilities, and local organizations

  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and enrollment workflows

  • Develop, manage, and report on departmental budget and performance metrics

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operations to support organizational goals and address challenges proactively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (additional experience may substitute)

  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, including at least 2 years in senior healthcare growth or enrollment

  • Experience working in B2C community engagement, with a strong track record of direct participant recruitment

  • Proven success leading metrics-driven teams with clear monthly and quarterly enrollment goals

  • Prior experience in Medicare Advantage sales, health plan sales, or PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) preferred

  • Solid background in Value-Based Care or healthcare services for seniors

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in a data-driven environment
