What You’ll Do:
● Oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with best practices.
● Lead, mentor, and support the nursing management team to maintain efficiency and excellence.
● Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and staff to enhance patient care and outcomes.
● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
● Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business administration preferred. Must hold a current, unencumbered nursing license.
● Behavioral Health Experience: Prior experience in psychiatric healthcare, working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a nursing team.
● Certifications: CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) required within 30 days of employment.
● Patient-Focused Approach: Experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and family engagement.
