Senior Manager/Supervisor
Our client, a top hospital system, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Director to lead and manage organization-wide quality initiatives. In this leadership role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate will possess extensive healthcare experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully coordinating quality programs and achieving measurable results. This position requires close collaboration with both clinical and administrative teams, as well as oversight of regulatory readiness and performance improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hospital’s quality improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain readiness for accreditation and certification processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, patient safety, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement quality programs and address performance gaps.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to track progress and outcomes.
- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Oversee the management and reporting of quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Foster a culture of quality and safety across all levels of the organization, providing training and resources to staff.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; advanced degree (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration) strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong background in regulatory compliance and quality improvement in an acute care hospital setting.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing complex quality initiatives and achieving outcomes that align with organizational goals.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 annually.
