Our client is seeking an associate for our Litigation Department in their West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required, with a valid license to practice law in the State of Florida.
3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong research, writing, and academic credentials are essential.
Experience in both federal and state courts is necessary.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in large law firms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic litigation team.
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, contributing to case strategy, conducting witness interviews, and participating in hearings and mediations.
Familiarity with ediscovery, including the collection, review, and production of electronically stored documents in Florida state and federal proceedings, is preferred.
