Position Overview:
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven attorney to join their National Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in complex litigation within the consumer financial services sector in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation Management: Manage all aspects of litigation related to consumer financial services, including strategy development and case management.
Skills Application: Utilize strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills to effectively handle cases and interact with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.
Skills:
- High academic achievement with substantial law firm experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Bar Admission:
- Admission to the California Bar required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $165,000 - $195,000, commensurate with experience.
Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonus.
