Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3 to 8 years of experience to join their Employment Litigation team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with experience in employment and general litigation to advance their career under the guidance of skilled partners. We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset to integrate into their dynamic team.

Location: San Diego (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
Draft and argue motions.
Take and defend depositions.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
Substantial litigation experience with a strong interest in labor and employment law.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Admission to practice law in California is required.
Candidates should have a strong academic background and experience at a top boutique/mid-size law firm or an Am Law 100/200 firm.

Salary: $220,000 to $260,000 plus bonus
