Client Details:

A well-established legal team is expanding and is seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner with over 8 years of litigation experience. This role is best suited for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in employment defense who’s looking for a flexible, growth-oriented work environment with exceptional support.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in employment litigation with a defense focus. Experience in complex employment matters, class actions, and public entity cases is a plus. A strong track record of client management, strategic case handling, and courtroom presence is highly valued.

Must be a current member of the California State Bar and hold both a Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degree. The role demands a high level of initiative, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Competencies:

8+ years of employment litigation experience (defense side)
Background in complex or class action cases (preferred)
Public entity defense experience is a plus
Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees required
Active membership in the California State Bar
Excellent legal research and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Highly organized and proactive in case management
