Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a small litigation firm in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in commercial litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of cases in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Conduct legal research and organize case files.
Manage document production and assist in deposition and trial preparation.
Handle e-filing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts.

Qualifications

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in PA and NJ.
Proficient in e-filing and legal research tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
