We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Director of our Community Physicians Group. This critical role provides operational oversight and leadership across a network of physician practices, driving performance, patient satisfaction, and provider engagement within an ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for the Community Physicians Group.
Develop and implement business plans, including SWOT analyses and financial proformas.
Manage financial performance, human resources, and administrative operations for multiple practices.
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to improve practice efficiency, provider satisfaction, and patient outcomes.
Lead through influence across a matrixed organizational structure, aligning with system-wide goals and initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Health or Business Administration preferred.
- In lieu of a Master’s, a Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of progressive practice management experience will be considered.
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in physician practice management or related healthcare operations.
Demonstrated expertise in financial management, HR, operations, and strategic planning within an ambulatory care environment.
Proven ability to write business plans, perform SWOT analyses, interpret financial statements, and develop financial forecasts.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) or CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive).
Experience navigating and succeeding within a matrixed organization.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead by influence.
