Top Tier Reps is seeking an experienced Subrogation Attorney to handle high-value property and workers’ comp subrogation cases. This is a remote role for a self-motivated litigator with strong civil litigation skills and deep knowledge of California law.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil/subrogation litigation across California
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Conduct/defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Negotiate settlements and manage full case lifecycle
Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and insurance reps
Mentor junior staff and maintain accurate billing

Qualifications

JD from accredited law school
Active member of the California Bar
3+ years of civil litigation or subrogation experience
Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Knowledge of CA civil procedure and subrogation law
Based in California with ability to travel as needed

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $115K–$220K + performance bonuses
