📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in California)
💰 Salary: $140K - $175K + Bonus (Compensation based on experience and skill level)

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is actively seeking Staff Attorneys, including newly licensed attorneys, to join its National Discovery Counsel team. This fully remote role offers a flexible work environment and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and defend corporate depositions, often remotely
Manage discovery-related motions and case strategy across California state courts
Develop expertise in California Breach of Warranty law
Engage directly with clients to enhance advocacy skills

Qualifications:

Active CA Bar membership (Required)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
At least 1 year of experience in clerkships, internships, or legal practice
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines
