Position: Mid-Level Associate – Real Estate Department
Location: Chicago, IL

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Real Estate Department in the Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional real estate, including:

Key Responsibilities:

Handling acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties
Managing leasing and financing transactions
Providing legal support on various real estate matters

Qualifications:

Transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing)
Outstanding academic credentials
Previous experience at a law firm

Compensation:

Salary range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other relevant factors
