Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with a minimum of five years of relevant practice to join our Buffalo office as a Corporate Senior Associate. This non-partnership track position offers reduced administrative responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional legal services in corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal counsel in areas including general corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning.
Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance matters, and commercial agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate documents, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and M&A contracts.
Collaborate with clients throughout all stages of business development, offering guidance on entity formation, regulatory compliance, strategic growth, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000.
