Position: Employment Litigation Attorney

Our client’s Employment Practice Group is actively seeking a dedicated attorney with over 5 years of experience in defending employment litigation cases. Key Requirements:

Admission to the State Bar of California
Over 5 years of experience in defending employment litigation matters
Proven expertise in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Experience with class actions and PAGA claims is advantageous
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
