Position Overview:
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated associate to join their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in either Salt Lake City or Park City. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience in a collaborative and supportive environment while working closely with both attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Oversee all aspects of case preparation and trial readiness.
Legal Drafting: Draft and review discovery documents and motions.
Depositions and Negotiations: Conduct depositions, participate in settlement negotiations, and manage court appearances.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in complex litigation.
Skills:
- Strong academic credentials with substantial law firm experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Bar Admission:
- Admission to the Utah Bar required.
