Labor & Employment Associate
Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Labor & Employment Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in handling employment issues such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Litigation skills should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. Experience with depositions and administrative hearings is advantageous. Additional responsibilities include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee trainings, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers. Candidates must be detail-oriented with excellent work ethic, writing, communication, and research skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 annually (based on full-time schedule)
- Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
