Salary: $100,000 - $250,000 (negotiable sign-on bonus and partial relocation assistance)

Overview:
Our client, a national full-service event design, fabrication, and production company, is looking for a skilled Instrument Engineer with significant expertise in Industrial Power Systems. This role involves leading a team of engineers and designers to ensure that electrical and instrumentation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve all electrical deliverables while monitoring estimates and managing any changes.
Develop designs and calculate estimates for electrical installations, particularly focused on industrial power systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client standards.
Supervise the preparation of drawings and calculations while maintaining project specifications throughout construction.
Oversee team training, interoffice execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with in-depth knowledge of Industrial Power Systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, and Microsoft Office, along with familiarity in PLC, HMI, and DCS programming.
