Our client is seeking a Senior Health Law Associate. With a national reputation, we seek individuals with 4-6 years of transactional experience in advising healthcare providers. Your expertise in operational and corporate work across various provider types, including surgery centers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and long-term care facilities, will be valued.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare lawyers, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the Best Companies to Work For in America. Ideally, the candidate will be located in either our Baltimore or Nashville offices.

Requirements:

4-6 years of transactional experience in advising healthcare providers.
Experience with operational and corporate work for various provider types.
Previous experience with a leading law firm or healthcare provider.
Strong law school credentials.
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
