Salary Range: $145,000 - $215,000, with potential for mandatory and discretionary bonuses
Billable Hours: 1,900 annually

A prominent Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This position requires a highly motivated attorney with strong litigation experience and excellent research, writing, and case management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of employment defense litigation matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with partners, clients, and other team members to effectively manage cases and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment defense preferred.
Skills:
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Exceptional case management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Work Ethic: A dedication to meeting billable hours and maintaining a high standard of professional excellence.
Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in California.
