We are seeking a skilled Trademark Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience in trademark and copyright law. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple business segments, managing a diverse portfolio of domestic and international trademarks. This role involves conducting trademark searches, assessing risks, overseeing prosecution and maintenance, and handling enforcement and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct trademark searches and risk assessments to support business initiatives.
Manage the prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of domestic and international trademarks.
Navigate U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) processes to secure registrations efficiently.
Provide legal counsel on complex trademark and copyright issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand protection strategies align with business goals.
Handle trademark litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and managing disputes.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
3–7 years of experience in trademark and copyright law.
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across various practice areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong academic credentials and analytical skills.
