Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with 5–8 years of relevant experience to join their Real Estate business unit. This role is open to candidates willing to work from any of the firm’s offices or fully remote for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume real estate leasing practice, with a strong focus on retail leasing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on leasing transactions and real estate matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably with a retail leasing background.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission without examination.
- Experience in a national law firm setting.
- Strong academic credentials and a stable employment history.
- Self-directed, highly responsive, and committed to professional growth.
