We are looking for a mid-level associate corporate attorney with extensive M&A experience to join our team at any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. Ideal candidates should possess 3-4 years of M&A experience at a top-tier corporate firm. Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction where they will practice. Exceptional academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Experience with, or a keen interest in, technology and/or life sciences sectors is advantageous. Admission to the California Bar is preferred but not mandatory.

The anticipated salary range for this position is: $260,000 - $310,000 Actual base salary offered may vary depending on factors including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, educational background, professional certifications or licenses, and location of the position.
Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
