Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (On-Site)
Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Colorado, is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join their dynamic and collaborative Cardiology team.
This position offers the opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care with a focus on quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments
Provide collaborative, evidence-based care aligned with treatment plans
Participate in outpatient clinic visits, inpatient rounding, and cardiology consults
Supervise and interpret various stress tests (exercise, echo, nuclear, dobutamine, and tilt table)
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain strong documentation and communication standards
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Cardiology NP or PA experience
Master’s in Nursing (NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program
Active, unrestricted Colorado APN or PA license (DORA)
DEA license, BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred Skills
Strong cardiovascular assessment and diagnostic acumen
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $97,000 – $146,000
