We are seeking a Skilled Business Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial business litigation to join our team in either Buffalo or Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage depositions.
Engage in motion practice and court appearances.
Manage electronic discovery processes.
Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial business litigation.
Strong academic record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in managing electronic discovery.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
