Our client is looking for a skilled associate with 4-6 years of experience in business litigation. The ideal candidate will excel in drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, preparing a variety of pleadings, and handling discovery materials. Strong case strategy development is essential. Applicants must possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must be admitted to the California Bar.

Summary of qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in business litigation.
Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions.
Experience in conducting and defending depositions.
Ability to prepare a variety of pleadings and discovery materials.
Admission to the California Bar.

Salary: $205,000 - $225,000 plus merit & firmwide bonus
Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Billable hours - 1850 (40hrs pro-bono & 20hrs firm related), partnership track position
