Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its national Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

This is a virtual position, but candidates must be actively licensed and residing in South Carolina.

Salary range: $125,000 – $160,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all stages of asbestos-specific litigation, including:
- Depositions
- Brief writing
- Court appearances
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across multiple jurisdictions
Manage multiple complex matters with a high degree of independence

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of asbestos litigation experience
Active bar license in South Carolina
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent academic credentials
Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Exceptional judgment and ability to articulate legal strategies clearly
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and community engagement
