Our client is seeking an Associate for their Real Estate Department in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including related financing. While experience in commercial real estate leasing is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) is required.
Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proficiency in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements.
Preferred experience in commercial leasing.
Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills are essential.
