Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles, CA

Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California and have substantial experience handling a wide range of employment matters, including:

Single-plaintiff employment litigation (e.g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases)
Class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters

Responsibilities include:

Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and arguing motions
Taking and defending depositions
Conducting administrative hearings (preferred but not required)
Drafting workplace policies and conducting employee training sessions
Providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers

Qualifications:

Strong litigation experience
Detail-oriented with an excellent work ethic
Outstanding legal research, writing, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $190,000 - $210,000 annually (based on a full-time schedule)
Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
