Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of broad experience in real estate. Qualifications include a Juris Doctorate (JD) and active licensure to practice law in Colorado.

Requirements:

Strong research and writing skills with a proven academic record.
Preferred experience in leasing, acquisitions, and title examination.
Background in home building is advantageous.

Qualification:

4-6 years of general real estate experience.
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
