Our client has an opening in their Minneapolis, MN office for a senior Real Estate Finance Associate with four to seven years of experience. Our client seeks an ideal candidate with experience representing lenders in debt financing transactions secured by real estate, as well as additional expertise in land banking, mezzanine lending, preferred equity transactions, or other financing structures.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
Experience in sophisticated real estate finance transactions is required.
Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
