Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Nursing Director to lead and oversee clinical operations, with a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and staff development. This leadership role will guide nursing practices and policies, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical background, especially in critical care, along with proven healthcare management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to nursing departments, promoting evidence-based clinical practices.
Develop and implement nursing strategies to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Mentor and support nursing leadership and clinical teams across service lines.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with physicians, administrators, and department leaders.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to support efficient operations.

Must-Have Qualifications

Current North Carolina (NC) Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ICU or CCU settings.
At least 3 years of healthcare management or nursing leadership experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in other applicable clinical areas may be considered in lieu of direct ICU/CCU experience.
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
Certification in Nursing Administration or related specialty.
