Universal Med Solutions is a fast-growing medical device distributor based in Las Vegas. We specialize in cutting-edge solutions in wound care, urology, oncology, and women’s health. We work closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical efficiency. We are looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to join our team as Medical Device Sales Consultants.

Position Summary:
This field-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants a career in medical sales. As a Medical Device Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for calling on clinics and physician offices, promoting our portfolio of devices and biologics, and growing your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on wound care, urology, gynecology, and oncology practices

  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, clinical staff, and decision-makers

  • Schedule and conduct lunch-and-learn presentations and product demonstrations

  • Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, benefits, and indications

  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory

  • Track activities, progress, and follow-ups using our CRM system

  • Attend weekly training sessions and contribute to team meetings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary

  • Uncapped monthly commission based on individual performance

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Interest in the medical or healthcare industry

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field schedule

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and mobile apps
