Top Tier Reps is seeking a licensed Physician to join a respected institutional healthcare provider in Leavenworth, KS. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled physician committed to delivering quality care in a correctional facility environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide medical care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Lead and support clinical operations with Health Services Supervisor
Conduct rounds, review admissions, and participate in treatment planning
Perform minor surgical procedures as necessary
Supervise and mentor healthcare staff
Ensure compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and JCAHO standards
Maintain secure, confidential, and accurate medical records
Manage emergency response protocols and on-call duties

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active Kansas medical license
Valid driver's license
Experience in institutional or correctional settings preferred
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 annually
