Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting tech
  • Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or in-person support
  • Support meetings and events (video conferencing, client presentations, hybrid events)
  • Collaborate with other IT staff across offices for multi-site events and tech needs
  • Install and configure software/hardware per firm standards
  • Maintain asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Use ServiceNow (or similar system) to log and resolve service tickets
  • Participate in firmwide tech rollouts, system upgrades, and project deployments
  • Provide after-hours and weekend availability as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Expertise with:
    • Windows OS & Microsoft Office Suite
    • Microsoft Teams, Citrix/VPN, iManage Work 10
    • ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
    • Mobile devices (iOS, iPads), networking, and cabling
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced tech support tasks

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $78,000 – $92,000
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Additional Information

  • This is a fully onsite role based in Washington, DC
