Our client is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of real estate law experience to join the Real Estate Practice Group in either our Jacksonville or Orlando office. Qualified candidates will have commensurate experience in real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as mixed use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. Our ideal candidate will have experience conducting due diligence and reviewing and drafting documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements, among others. We are seeking a well-rounded, highly motivated associate with strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate should expect direct interaction with both partners and clients and must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Qualifications:

JD from an ABA-approved law school, active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
1-3 years of experience in real estate law, specializing in transactions and document drafting.
Proven expertise in due diligence processes and document review.
Strong familiarity with various property types including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotels, resorts, etc.
Excellent academic credentials with superior writing and communication skills.
Ability to engage directly with partners and clients, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
