Eminent Domain Attorney

A Los Angeles-based law office with offices in Westwood and Woodland Hills is seeking an experienced litigator to join their team. This role requires at least five years of litigation experience in California, with strong research, writing, and case management skills. While public entity law and eminent domain experience is preferred, it is not required. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation cases with a focus on eminent domain and public entity law.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal briefs, and manage case files from start to finish.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategies and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to eminent domain matters.
