Summary: Our client's New York office is seeking a motivated Litigation & Trial Practice Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in general commercial litigation and possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs effectively.
Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation.
Assist in case management, handling multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters.
Work on a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, intellectual property matters, and regulatory investigations.
Provide strategic advice to clients and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in general commercial litigation preferred.
Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
Strong understanding of legal research and writing.
Proficiency in case management and discovery processes.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
