We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to become an integral part of our client's Litigation Business Unit in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for remote work several days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal counsel.
Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably within a law firm setting.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a major law firm or similar legal environment.
Demonstrated stability in previous legal positions.
