Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Associate
Our client is looking to add a litigation associate to its Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Group. This position is based in Century City, but highly qualified candidates from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, San Diego, or Orange County will also be considered.
Our team consists of top trial attorneys specializing in private wealth disputes, including cases related to trusts, decedents’ estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships. The role involves handling claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct, fraud, misfeasance, malfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests.
This role offers a chance to engage with challenging legal issues, develop business in a specialized field, and interact directly with clients deeply impacted by their cases. Candidates should be ready for a robust trial practice.
Qualifications:
- 1-6 years of litigation experience, ideally at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience in Trusts & Estates litigation or related issues is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Admission to the California bar.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school and excellent writing skills.
