Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician
Our client, a prestigious children's hospital and nationally recognized leader in pediatric healthcare, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join their collaborative and mission-driven team. This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional outpatient care while participating in mentorship, education, and multidisciplinary initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert outpatient clinical care to pediatric patients with developmental and behavioral conditions.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, therapists, social workers, and pediatricians.
- Educate and mentor medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.
- Support the professional growth of junior providers through team-based mentorship.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing new clinical programs.
- Utilize EPIC EMR to enhance clinical efficiency and communication.

Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Fellowship trained in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (ACGME-accredited program).
- Eligible for unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Strong collaborative and mentorship mindset; interest in teaching and program development.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $200,000 – $210,000 (based on experience)
