Our client, a top-tier Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Analyst to join their Dallas office. This fully onsite role supports the delivery of technical solutions, daily IT operations, and end-user support. The IT Analyst will be the front line of technology support, ensuring smooth execution of meetings, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with firmwide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical support resource, providing hands-on troubleshooting and resolution
  • Support firm tools used for video conferencing, presentations, and client-facing events
  • Coordinate AV/IT setup for meetings and collaborate with departments for smooth execution
  • Install, configure, and maintain standard software and desktop hardware
  • Manage and resolve issues with hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
  • Ensure accuracy of asset management records
  • Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage support tickets from intake to resolution
  • Maintain clear communication with end users throughout support interactions
  • Participate in firmwide IT deployments, training programs, and adoption initiatives
  • Support Citrix, VPN, and mobile devices, especially iOS
  • Coordinate responses during maintenance events or outages
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and best practices
  • Provide after-hours support as needed and occasional travel

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite
  • Proficient with MS Teams, ServiceNow, and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN)
  • Familiarity with iOS devices and MDM tools
  • Experience with LAN/WAN support, cabling systems, and basic networking
  • Comfortable working with document management systems (e.g., iManage)
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of data security best practices
  • Project coordination or management experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience, including LAN/WAN environments
  • Hands-on experience with desktop OS and hardware installation/configuration
  • Prior experience in a law firm is required
