Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Salary: $74,090 - $124,550 (Based on Experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 (1-Year Commitment) or $15,000 (2-Year Commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Available

Must-Have Qualifications

Active or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Specialty certification in Critical Care or Emergency Services

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as needed
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry best practices
Provide age-appropriate care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
