Our client, an AM 100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate Attorney.

The firm represents:
● Health systems
● Telemedicine companies
● A wide range of healthcare entities
● Venture and private equity investors in the healthcare and life sciences sectors

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in health care regulatory and/or transactional matters
(candidates with up to 8 years of experience will also be considered)
Substantial experience working with healthcare-focused clients
Deep understanding of federal and state healthcare regulatory environments and their
impact on healthcare transactions and business operations
Sophisticated document drafting skills
Ability to manage complex projects and matters
Willingness to train and mentor younger associates
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice and collegial environment
AmLaw 100 experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills
Comfortable with direct interaction with senior partners and clients
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional work ethic

Requirements:

JD from an ABA-approved law school
Good standing and active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to
practice
Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office of hire is located
(condition of employment)

Salary - 290k to 390k plus bonus

Billable hours - 1850 (portion toward pro-bono)

Candidates must have strong academics and work for an AM 100/200 firm or similar.
