Our client, an AM 100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate Attorney.
The firm represents:
● Health systems
● Telemedicine companies
● A wide range of healthcare entities
● Venture and private equity investors in the healthcare and life sciences sectors

● Assist in advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Health Care Practice Group

Billable hours - 1850 (portion toward pro-bono)
Candidates must have strong academics and work for an AM 100/200 firm or similar.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in health care regulatory and/or transactional matters
- (candidates with up to 8 years of experience will also be considered)
- Substantial experience working with healthcare-focused clients
- Deep understanding of federal and state healthcare regulatory environments and their
- impact on healthcare transactions and business operations
- Sophisticated document drafting skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and matters
- Willingness to train and mentor younger associates
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice and collegial environment
- AmLaw 100 experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills
- Comfortable with direct interaction with senior partners and clients
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional work ethic

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Good standing and active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to
- practice
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office of hire is located
