Our client, a prestigious global Am Law 50 firm, is in search of a Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join their Los Angeles office (hybrid). This firm provides high-caliber advice on wealth management for international families with diverse investments and global connections.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and will be well-versed in high-net-worth estate and tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration. Expertise in drafting wills and trust agreements is crucial.

Key Qualifications:

Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
Tax LLM is advantageous but not required
Required: Superior academic credentials and CA bar admission
Experience with large or mid-size law firms is preferred

Compensation:

Salary range: $260,000 to $365,000 plus bonus
Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs

Candidates should have a solid track record with an Am Law 100/200 firm or a leading boutique/mid-size firm.
