Skills & Experience:

Juris Doctor and Bachelor's degree required
Active membership in the California State Bar
Strong background in workers’ compensation litigation
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Superior research, analytical, and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to manage cases proactively and independently
