Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a trusts and estates counsel to join its Private Client Services department in Boca Raton. With a team of trusts and estates partners across Connecticut, New York, and Florida, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional growth. The associate will assume significant responsibility, including direct client interaction, and will collaborate closely with high net worth clients on intricate drafting projects.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
Proficiency in sophisticated drafting, asset protection, and wealth transfer techniques.
Experience preparing gift tax returns and estate tax returns preferred; probate administration experience a plus.
Strong organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Florida bar license required; LLM in estate planning or tax preferred.
